RV CLUB RENTALS

 

The Washington Unit offers one hundred sixty-four (164) RV sites

with full hookups  on our “Terraport”  for your RV Club. 

The sites include 30 amp service, water and sewer.

 

FOR LARGER RV GROUPS with rental of Harmony Hall

 

The facility includes a large furnished air-conditioned hall, stage,

card room, poolroom, restrooms and a full commercial kitchen. 

Seating up to 500 people.

 

                              Rates are as follows:

 

20 – 39 units    $18.00 per parking site per night and free use of the hall.

                          Must have 20 rigs each night or pay for 20 rigs each night

                       to have free use of the Hall.

 

 

40 or more units         Negotiable price per parking site per night

                                  to be established by the Rental Coordinator.

                                     No charge for the use of Harmony Hall

 

A REFUNDABLE $100.00 CLEANING DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED

ONE MONTH PRIOR TO RENTAL

 

FOR SMALLER RV GROUPS with rental of the Gatehouse

 

The Gatehouse is complete with a restroom, kitchen,

Meeting room, tables and chairs to accommodate 36 people.

 

                        Rates are as follows:

 

10 – 15 units    $18.00 per parking site per night and free use of the 

                                   Gatehouse.

 

Under 10 units   $35.00 additional charge for the use of the Gatehouse.

                         

A REFUNDABLE $100.00 CLEANING DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED
